Work Experience:

Administrative Activities

  1. Purchasing of  office supplies and keep them organized
  2. To ensure Administration policies and procedures are in-line with organizational policies.
  3. To oversee that expenses are incurred in line with the allocated budgets.
  4. Ensure acquisition and disposal of fixed assets is according to the requirements of Khwendo Kor and the relevant donor.
  5. Handle external communication for the division, such as receiving incoming calls, handling mail, and assisting staff in composing official correspondence.
  6. Manage human resource issues, such as tracking time sheets, coordinating leave requests, and insuring that HR policies and procedures are followed
  7. Coordinate and organize regional and official meetings, such as securing meeting rooms, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring timely follow up on key action items
  8. Manage procurement in the division, such as soliciting bids, placing purchase orders, managing periodical subscriptions, and ensuring adequate supplies
  9. Provide support to the team on operations and project planning and implementation, ensure necessary follow up is made and deadlines are met
  10. Create and maintain proper filing systems
  11. Help plan and organize workshops and seminars
  12. Provide staff support on implementing major organization-wide projects
  13. Obtain, manage and maintain adequate office and accommodation and associated utilities to ensure an effective and efficient environment for program and staff support.

Logistics Activities:

  1. Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs and provide transportation and to ensure vehicle are in operating condition.
  2. Liaise with project staff to identify procurement needs and define material
  3. Identify potential local sources of goods and services, meeting supplier representatives as appropriate, request and assess competitive quotations, agree prices and delivery dates, monitoring progress / status regularly, updating relevant stakeholders..
  4. Ensure that donor restrictions are communicated to and understood by field management and main suppliers.
  5. Maintain all logistics records, including an effective filing system for storing procurement documentation to enable tracking and auditing.
