The SPIE Outreach Activities 2023 organized “One Day workshop on Optics” for Students of Physics Department, Women University Mardan

The workshop was designed in such a way that students of Physics Department, Women University Mardan could comprehend and correlate scientific insight of optics to technology particular to their fields. Keeping this in mind the workshop was dividing into four sessions covering themes; Spectrum examination of different sources of light, Geomatrical optics, Diffraction, Interferance, polarization, Optical data transmission and Holography. Each session was conducted by Prof. Dr. Imrana Ashraf, Prof. Dr. Raheel Ali and her supporting team with the help of Chief Organizer Dr. Ambreen Ayub (HOD physics) and Organizers Dr. Javeria Kazmi (Lecturer) and Ms. Saff e Awal Akhtar (Lecturer), Department of Physics, Women University Mardan.
