The Senate of the Women University Mardan consist of:

1The Chairperson or Principal  or Director of the Teaching Department/Institute or a constituent college or center as the case may be who shall also act as convener of the Board of Studies;
2Provided that where the Dean performs the duty of Chairperson of the department, the HoD concerned shall also be the member of the Board of Studies
3Professors and Associate Professors in the Teaching Departments;
4Provided that if the total number of University Teachers under sub-clause (i) and (ii) comes to less than five , then the Dean of the faculty concerned shall nominate Assistant Professors or Lecturers of the department preferably PhD or MS/M. Phil to complete the number;
5three teachers from outside the University to be nominated by the Dean of Faculty concerned from the panel presented by the Chairperson concerned.
6two experts to be nominated by the Dean of Faculty concerned from the panel presented by Chairperson concerned; and
7the Board of Studies may co-opt expert(s) on need.
8Provided that in  case of professional subjects such as Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Commerce, Dentistry, Education, Engineering, Law, Medicine, Home Economics or any other subjects prescribed  as such by Statutes,  which are taught in the constituent colleges, the composition of Board of Studies remains the same.
9Provided further that in the case of subjects which are taught in the affiliated colleges only, and not in the University, the Board of Studies shall consist of:
10the Dean of the faculty concerned, who shall act as Convener of     the Board of Studies
11the Principal(s) of the college(s) concerned who shall act as Secretary of the Board of Studies;
12three teachers of the colleges, to be nominated by Vice Chancellor
13two teachers of the University to be nominated by the Vice Chancellor; and
14two experts to be nominated by the Vice-Chancellor;

Provisional Merit List of Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme Phase-IV
  It is notified for the information of all concerned that the Provisional Merit List for the Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme (Phase-IV) has been uploaded.  
Important Note:
1. Provisional Merit list is on behalf of HEC, as per their policy in vogue and does not guarantee the award of a laptop.
2. Any corrections (such as Name, CNIC, Enrollment Number, or CGPA), if needed, should be sent to the Super Focal Person at drfarzana@wumardan.edu.pk, along with relevant proof.
3. The deadline for accepting corrections is 4th July 2025.
