A one-day workshop on “Characterization Techniques (X-Ray Diffraction & Scanning Electron Microscopy, etc.) and Hands-on Training for Industrial Applications (Solar Cells & Supercapacitors)”
A one-day workshop on “Characterization Techniques (X-Ray Diffraction & Scanning Electron Microscopy, etc.) and Hands-on Training for Industrial Applications (Solar Cells & Supercapacitors)” was held today at Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (Topi, Swabi).
The workshop was attended by students from the Departments of Physics and Chemistry at Women University Mardan (WUM). The training provided invaluable insights into advanced characterization techniques and their industrial applications, specifically in the fields of solar cells and supercapacitors.
The event proved highly beneficial for the participants, equipping them with practical skills and knowledge essential for their ongoing and future research projects.
Dr. Ambreen Ayub, who led the delegation, expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the Honorable Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Safia Ahmad, for her continuous support and cooperation in facilitating such enriching opportunities for students.
Workshops like these align with WUM’s commitment to fostering academic excellence and preparing students for impactful research and professional success.
