
7th Senate Meeting of Women University Mardan Approves Rs 350 Million Surplus Budget
Women University Mardan successfully held its 7th Senate meeting on July 30, 2025, under the supervision of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Razia Sultana, where important financial and institutional matters were reviewed and approved. The meeting was presided over by the Minister for Higher Education and the Pro-Chancellor of the University.
During the session, a surplus budget of Rs 350 million for the financial year 2025–2026 was formally approved, reflecting the university’s strong financial planning and institutional stability. The Senate also approved the Annual Reports for 2022, 2023, and 2024, and endorsed the university’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for 2025–26.
The Minister for Higher Education/Pro-Chancellor praised the university’s financial discipline and the comprehensive budget presentation. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Razia Sultana also appreciated her team’s dedicated and consistent efforts in achieving these milestones.
Key university officials, senior government representatives, and members of the Provincial Assembly also attended the meeting.
