The Department of Chemistry, Women University Mardan organized hands on training session entitled “Academic and Scientific Writing”. The session aimed to equip researchers with the skills needed to plan, structure, and write academic documents, such as synopses and theses, in a clear, coherent, and professional manner. Dr. Ghazala Ali Khan, Director, Pakistan Scientific and Technological Centre Peshawar, served as the resource person and delivered an engaging and insightful training that enhanced participants’ understanding of key writing strategies and highlighted common pitfalls in academic work.
The Department of Chemistry remains committed to offering such capacity-building initiatives to strengthen the research and academic competencies of both students and faculty. The session was made possible through the support and encouragement of the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Razia Sultana, whose commitment to academic excellence continues to foster a strong research culture within the university.
