
Seminar on Digital Literacy and Cyber Threats at Women University Mardan
Women University Mardan, in collaboration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa IT Board, Durshal and the District Youth Office, successfully organized an informative seminar on “Digital Literacy and Cyber Threats” aimed at creating awareness among students, faculty, and staff about safe and responsible use of digital technologies on 26th September at the university’s main campus.
Speaking at the occasion, Prof. Dr Razia Sultana, the Vice Chancellor highlighted that the increasing reliance on digital platforms demands a strong understanding of cyber security practices to protect personal and institutional data. She appreciated the efforts of the organizing committee for arranging such a timely and relevant session.
Pir Amad ali shah, resource person from KPITB delivered engaging presentations on topics including safe internet usage, cyber threats, data privacy, and measures to protect against online fraud and cybercrime. The seminar concluded with an interactive question-and-answer session, allowing participants to share concerns and experiences.
