
Teacher Training Session on EOTO Program at Women University Mardan
On 3rd September 2025, the NCHD Mardan team successfully conducted a comprehensive teacher training session at Women University Mardan under the Each One Teach One (EOTO) Program. A total of 33 volunteer teachers participated in the training, which aimed to enhance their knowledge and instructional skills.
The training was organized through the joint efforts of Women University Mardan (WUM) and NCHD Mardan.

The session was led by Mr. Muhammad Ali, who covered important aspects of the EOTO program including teaching methodologies, phonetic methodology, adult psychology, and formats of assessment papers.
During the training, Deputy Director Lal Muhammad visited the session and interacted with participants. He appreciated the efforts of the organizing team and shared valuable suggestions to ensure the smooth implementation of the EOTO program.
The session concluded successfully, leaving participants motivated and better equipped to contribute effectively to the program.
