Mardan, October 5, 2026: A webinar on “Publishing in Valid Journals” was organized by Dr. Monazza Serwar, Coordinator QEC, Women University Mardan (WUM), featuring Dr. Zeeshan Bangesh, Director QEC, Kohat University of Science and Technology, Kohat, as the resource person.

The session focused on identifying reputable journals, understanding indexing and impact, avoiding predatory journals, and improving scholarly publication practices. The webinar aimed to enhance research quality, academic integrity, and impactful scholarly publications among WUM faculty and researchers.

The session further contributed to strengthening a culture of quality research, academic integrity, and scholarly excellence at WUM.
