Speech Competition | Women University Mardan

On the auspicious occasion of Rabi-ul-Awwal, a Speech Competition was organized on 3rd September at Women University Mardan to highlight the Seerah and teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ).

Students from different departments enthusiastically participated and delivered speeches on the Seerah, character, and noble teachings of the Holy Prophet (ﷺ). The speeches were evaluated by Dr. Maryam Noureen and Dr. Farida, Lecturers, Department of Islamic Studies.

Position holders were:

• 1st Position: Jawariya Fazal – Department of Zoology

• 2nd Position: Huma Noor – Department of Political Science

• 3rd Position: Ayesha Sahir – Department of Mathematics

The event concluded with a message emphasizing the values of peace, unity, compassion, tolerance, and brotherhood. The programme ended with a special prayer for the peace and prosperity of the Ummah.

The Department of Islamic Studies sincerely acknowledges the worthy Vice Chancellor, Women University Mardan, for her continuous support, encouragement and patronage in organizing such meaningful academic and religious activities. Special thanks are extended to the Head of the Department, Dr. Rashida Parveen, for her valuable guidance and cooperation.
